About 8Bodytype

People have different hobbies and tastes. Some people might enjoy and benefit from taking a cold bath or sponge bathing with cold water, whereas others enjoy going to the spa or sauna. We can say that everybody is different either mentally or physically. There are eight ways of arranging the internal organs, and these different ways of arranging are called constitutions. These different arrangements of the internal organs suggest different conditions of imbalance among the organs. Especially, 8Bodytype (constitution) medicine, which claims that there are eight body types of constitutions among human beings, can provide the answer. Depending on the constitutional organ mechanism, something that is good for one individual could be harmful to another individual and vice versa.
The 8Bodytype refer to the 8 arrangements of the internal organs according to their strength and weakness; these organs include the heart, lungs, pancreas, liver, kidneys, small intestine, large intestine, stomach, gallbladder, urinary bladder, and the sympathetic nerve system and parasympathetic nerve system of the autonomic nerve system. We must realize that the eight constitutions are complete individual arrangements and are not a product of mere human imagination.

For this reason, our diet must be the first concern. Each food has its own nutrients and characteristics. However, our digestive system has limitations on kinds of foods that the system can absorb. What if your internal organ or digestive system can hardly absorb any nutrients from foods that everyone says it is beneficial for your body type. Therefore, knowing one's own body type is the first step to healthy life style.

The only way to determine each of the 8Bodytype is through a pulse-examining method, which can be done on the radius arteries located on the wrists. Through this method we can identify any one of the eight pulse formations; an individual pulse formation will never change throughout his lifetime. We cannot help but admire the law of creation, in which the degree of vitality of different organs can be discovered only though the radius arteries. Those who have the same pulse formation have the same physical and mental expression, the same pathology, the same response to foods and medicines, and they can also be healed of the same diseases through the same treatment method.

HEPATONIA

Hepatonia individuals are healthy when they sweat a lot, however when they are weak, they do not sweat. Their body feels lighter when they sweat from various activities; that is because their constitution requires a lot of perspiration. Therefore, enjoying hot baths all the time is a good practice for their health. Mountain hiking and moderate speaking is good, and having higher blood pressure than normal is a healthy state to their health.


PANCREOTONIA

This individual's health is so directly related to its tendency to be quick-tempered that its health practice should always be to keep his poise and not to hurry. Although this constitution has strong digestive system, individuals with pancreotonia body type (constitution) should avoid foods that doesn't suit their constitution. Especially, alcohol and cold baths are detrimental to their health.


RENOTONIA

Individuals with renotonia body type (constitution) experience habitual constipation. Having bowel movement only once every three to seven days does not cause them any discomfort. Furthermore, throughout their lives these individuals never have diarrhea. The disease that is specific to this constitution is sunstroke, which is rarely experienced by individuals who have other constitutions. Therefore, perspiring is harmful for individuals with the renotonia body type (constitution).


PULMOTONIA

The reason why medication is not as effective as it is harmful, and this individual's body suffers after eating meat is because their liver is functioning weakly. Therefore, healthy foods of this constitution should be vegetables and seafood. The secret to their health is spending a lot of time standing with their back straight. Avoid sunbathing and excessive perspiration.


VESICOTONIA

Vesicotonia individuals are susceptible to gastric atony and gastroptosis. They remain healthy if they eat small amount of food at each meal; even a normal amount of food for others can be excessive for them. For these individuals, the first sign of an unhealthy condition is an uneasy feeling in the stomach. Their feces tend to be mushy, and they are easily exhausted after having diarrhea. All the diseases that are contracted by these individuals start from the right side of their body. Barley and pork act like poisons to their health.


CHOLECYSTONIA

These individuals have bowel movements frequently, but this symptom has nothing to do with the condition of their health. When they are not healthy, they experience certain conditions such as an uneasy feeling around their navel area, low body temperature and sleeping problems. Because they have weak emotions, they are easily affected by other people's words. They are quick-tempered but not stubborn. The right side of their body is relatively weak. Their stomach feels upset when they eat vegetables and fish.


GASTROTONIA

Gastrotonia individuals are rare. These are individuals who go into shock from ingesting penicillin. They do not get minor ailments and hate going to the doctor. The right side of their body is relatively weak. They are characterized by the symptom of constipation. They usually have bowel movement every two days, but some of them have bowel movement only once every three to seven days, and they do not experience pain from constipation. When they are in good health, they do not sweat much, but when they are not healthy, they sweat excessively.


COLONOTONIA

These individuals are quick-tempered and experience inertia on the right side of their body when they get angry. They may contract rare diseases such as Parkinson's disease, from eating too much meat. Their feces are very thin and their bowel movements are generally dissatisfying. Medications, sunbaths, and saunas are not beneficial to them. Swimming is good for their health.
